Once your deposit is paid, your date is officially reserved and we begin planning your setup.

We order supplies in advance and confirm colors and design details with you before your event. When your balloons arrive, we send photos so you can see the exact colors being used. We also share progress photos during the building process to ensure everything looks exactly how you want it.

As your event approaches, we confirm installation time, location details, and any final changes. On the day of your event, we deliver and professionally install everything so it’s ready for you to enjoy.

All balances must be paid in full by the day of the event unless other arrangements have been approved.

No — while balloon garlands and arches are our most popular services, we offer full event styling and setup.

This can include backdrops, table decor, centerpieces, hand-painted banners, marquee numbers and letters, invitations, desserts, and more.

We can design your entire event so everything feels cohesive and you don’t have to stress.

Do I need to be there for setup?

You do not need to be present during setup, as long as we have clear access to the setup area and any necessary instructions ahead of time.

If weather conditions are a concern, we will work with you to adjust placement or timing to protect the setup as much as possible.

Outdoor balloon installations can be beautiful, but heat, humidity, wind, and direct sunlight in Florida and Georgia can affect their appearance and lifespan. High temperatures may cause balloons to expand, pop, fade, or develop a matte finish over time.

We use only premium, professional-grade balloons designed for event installations, but outdoor conditions are outside of our control.

For the best results, we strongly recommend shaded areas, covered spaces, or indoor placement whenever possible. Installations placed in direct sunlight or harsh weather conditions are done at the client’s discretion, and longevity cannot be guaranteed.

We’re always happy to help recommend the best setup location so your balloons look their absolute best for your event.

Do you provide the balloons, or can I buy my own?

We provide all balloons used in our designs. We only work with professional-grade balloons to ensure quality, durability, and a polished final look.

We do not install store-bought balloons (including Amazon or party store kits), as they do not hold up well and can affect the overall setup.

How long do your balloons last?

Our professional balloon installations can last several weeks to up to 2 months indoors, depending on conditions.

Outdoor setups may have a shorter lifespan due to heat, sun exposure, and wind.

Do I need to return any equipment after my event?

If any equipment is left on-site, it must be returned the following day unless other arrangements have been made.

We provide a prepaid shipping label and packaging when needed, making the return process simple and convenient.
