When your balloons arrive, we send photos so you can see the exact colors being used. We also share progress photos during the building process to ensure everything looks exactly how you want it. As your event approaches, we confirm installation time, location details, and any final changes. On the day of your event, we deliver and professionally install everything so it’s ready for you to enjoy.

Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit covers the cost of supplies, which are ordered specifically for your event. Your event is not confirmed until the deposit is received. If you have any questions or need flexibility, we are always happy to work with you.

We offer payment plans for events booked in advance. Payments are made monthly on the same recurring date until the balance is paid. We accept multiple payment methods, including Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and other approved options. If you need additional flexibility, just communicate with us — we’re happy to work with you. All balances must be paid in full by the day of the event unless other arrangements have been approved.

We can design your entire event so everything feels cohesive and you don’t have to stress.

Yes, we provide delivery and professional installation for all setups so everything is ready for your event. We handle the setup so you can enjoy a stress-free experience.

You do not need to be present during setup, as long as we have clear access to the setup area and any necessary instructions ahead of time.

Outdoor setups are weather-dependent. Heat, wind, and rain can affect balloons. If weather conditions are a concern, we will work with you to adjust placement or timing to protect the setup as much as possible.

We provide all balloons used in our designs. We only work with professional-grade balloons to ensure quality, durability, and a polished final look. We do not install store-bought balloons (including Amazon or party store kits), as they do not hold up well and can affect the overall setup.

Our professional balloon installations can last several weeks to up to 2 months indoors, depending on conditions. Outdoor setups may have a shorter lifespan due to heat, sun exposure, and wind.

If any equipment is left on-site, it must be returned the following day unless other arrangements have been made. We provide a prepaid shipping label and packaging when needed, making the return process simple and convenient.
